TTY PASS (Performance Assessment Solution System)
is designed to help you meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandate.
TTY PASS tests the call-takers ability to respond to TTY calls as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
All tests remain private and are sent only to personnel designated by the PSAP.
The system is designed to meet the needs of all PSAPs, large and small, 24/7/365.

TTY PASS is designed to test a call taker's ability to respond to a TTY call effectively and within the parameters defined by the ADA. TTY PASS will test TTY call takers for their current capability. Tests are scheduled to best meet the ADA mandate. These test in no way imply future capability or performance.
